Gummy Drop ROCKS!!

The hang up of rewards particularly one or two screens has led me to stop using my favorite game. Each time I have to restart the game only to windup in the same situation. Cannot get past the spot. This has been reported multiple times. The rewards may change not the problem.

Recently the app has been plagued by glitches and failures. Even updating the app does not seem to work!

Game has started freezing up on the Tournament has ended screens. Tap to Continue doesn't work on my iPhone. Just had a new update but it's still freezing. If I wait a day it will then work but I lose 20 coins to hang on to my place. Please fix. Started with the update that made the "Tap to Continue" area very narrow. Thanks!

I’ve been surprised to see that the game now forces me to watch ads nearly every time I move to a new level. I’ll wait a little while to see if they fix this. It must be a bug because there is NO WAY I’m going to be watching ads when I don’t want to. There’s not even an option to purchase the game like many others do. Even then it’s to minimize the number of ads. In this game it’s constant and unreasonable. We’ll see what happens. For now the game is on pause.

I have loved this game for years but, and it is a big but, recently the 1 minute ads, even to collect for winning that level are excessive! Get rid of the long ads or I’m leaving.

It’s still early but no pay to play yet. If it stays that way I’ll support the devs in appreciation.

This game has become a complete joke. Always with the pop up to ‘BUY THE PASS’ ‘BUY’, ‘BUY’, ‘BUY!!!! But the game freezes and steals your lives. WHY would anyone be STUPID ENOUGH to purchase ANYTHING in this game? This has been going on for MONTHS now. WHEN are you going to get this app fixed???? WHEN?

This game has been freezing up for at least a year now. Lots of updates, but no fix for this problem. Seems like with latest update it is even worse. I can’t even finish 1 level before it freezes. Please fix …. The game is no longer playable …. Very frustrating.

I've played this game for years and will probably quit, for the past week every time I open the game theres at least 8 popups. I just want to play.

Once it opens, it shows Tournament has ended! And won’t go past the screen 😤

Very unhappy I can’t drill for gems in an event place to use elsewhere. That has always been so helpful. Now I have tons of things so I can drill and it will not let me because it’s not needed right now (Easter Bunny Island, Space camp) I need them for a different city. Do NOT like this change.

I don’t mind ads but recently there’s one that I can’t handle. Regarding weigh loss , some of the most horrid images. Most ads I’m able to report and they stop. Not this one. Please get rid of it.

So frustrated with this game. Have played it for years but will have to give it up if this continues. After the last 2-3 updates, every time there is an update it freezes on the screen that appears at the end of a tournament. It then takes up to a week for it to decide to “unfreeze”. It won’t let me redownload the program from the App Store and I don’t see any fixes

I just got the Elite Pass BUT the program has frozen every day rendering said Pass unusable! Perhaps I will have to rethink my participation in this game after so many years!!!!!

I’ve been playing Gummy Drop for a few years & loved the game. Ads had to be viewed when extra lives were needed, which is ok, however a recent change has been made where ads have to be viewed after every game, even when I have ‘infinite lives’. This has made it a terrible game as more time is spent watching ads than in gameplay.

Love it but it locks up a lot on my new brand new iPad. Old one didn’t do that.

After playing this game daily for years, it froze up, requiring reinstall. I was furious to realize it lost all my history, my levels and I had to start over as a novice. Now it’s happened again. I’m so over it🤬

All my regular players friends that I used to pass lives back and I have changed to friends that don’t play or are dead. When I send gifts etc my old friends pop up but as far as lives are concerned I have to wait for the time to pass so the refill on their own. I have been playing this for almost 8 years. I have complained but customer service says the developers are “working on it “. Anyone else have this problem?

Have always enjoyed this game but suddenly every other level forces you to watch an ad to collect your winnings and move on. All these ads has taken the fun out of the game.

Latest upgrade causes the ap to crash without launching on the iPad! It was a great game, I played everyday, currently on day 327. Now stopped because I upgraded the app. Gee thanks - how about some quality control!

While this game is very fun and can be challenging, it freezes frequently and the developers are either unable to fix it (it’s been way too long) or they have stopped caring. A recent “upgrade” failed to solve the problem.

I have been playing this game for years lately when it’s time to win my game will freeze up the other day. I deleted it and restarted it and it sent me back to the beginning of the game why I don’t understand and I don’t like it. this is my favorite game

This game used to be great, but now it freezes for days at a time. I have contacted them and they say they are working hard on solving the problem. This has been going on for months so maybe they need to work a little harder. ☹️

This game has become increasingly more difficult to advance the levels. I have been playing for over five years and I’ve never had to put money out before. I am now way over my budget. I’m 77 and just got my bill. I paid $85 over the past month so I could advance in the game. I paid $50 a month before that. I have to rethink playing this game. It’s just too expensive now cause you’ve made it too difficult to win.

I’ve really enjoyed playing this game daily for over a year. Great challenges and rewards along the way. However, within the last few weeks more ads have been offered and today forced upon you to collect your reward and ability to move to the next level. I have stayed with this game partially because most of the time I had a choice whether or not to watch ads. Im disappointed and may have to find something else.

I have played thousands of levels on thousands of days. I really like this game. BUT now, the Earth Camera Online ad locks EVERYTHING up. There is no way to close the ad. It is the ad that comes up most often if I need an extra move or a booster. Please get rid of this ad!

They recently updated the game so you have to watch a video before advancing every single level. I’ve played for years but will just delete it now.

I’d played this game since launch and had loved it. Even when they made the game too difficult to pass levels and worlds anymore I still stuck with it. Now you’re forced to watch ads between each level and I’m going to quit. The ads are long, a minute I’d watching a terrible game of a king getting crushed by rocks 😳and then you can’t get out of them unless you can find a teeny arrow and pray that clicking it won’t infect your device. What happened? Being ad free was one of the major advantages of this game. Now? Forget it.

One of the only games that I never had to deal with ads and now forced to watch after every completed level. So annoying and will definitely be spending less time on the game.

Tried submitting a ticket about the freezing issue. Told me to remove the game, redownload, clear cache,etc. the problem continues. They just said it’s my device. It’s not.

After years of playing the game with thousands of levels completed, the game froze on me. Rebooting my iPad did not help. I finally had to remove and reload the app, but lost all my data in the process. Worst experience with any game, ever.

Been playing for years, great game. Ads have always been optional, and rewarded a benefit if one so chose to watch it. Now with the latest update, someone thought it a good idea to force having to watch an Ad after completing a level. This is ridiculous, please remove these mandatory Ads. Can skip by exiting the app and reloading, but that is quite unreasonable. 1 star simply because of the forced Ads.

Since the latest update, my game keeps crashing. What is your fix for this?

This used to be the only game I could play without being drowned by annoying ads. No more!! Now I’m being forced to watch an ad between every new level. That stinks Gummy Drop!!!

Did you all decide you wanted to lose players? Nobody wants to endure a city where 90% of the levels have to be completed on all three levels to gain the necessary points. I am saying goodbye AGAIN!
